Aloha Chicken (from allrecipes.com)  I love this recipe!

3 pounds chicken thighs (you can vary the amount of chicken, the less chicken you use, the stronger the flavor)

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

3/4 teaspoon paprika

2 1/4 teaspoons onion powder

1 tablespoon and 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt

2 tablespoons and 3/4 teaspoon cider vinegar

3/4 cup ketchup

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2/4 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

3 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a well greased 9x13 inch baking dish.  In a small bowl, mix together ginger, paprika, onion powder and garlic salt.  Add vinegar and mix well.  Divide this mixture.  Brush 1/2 over the chicken pieces and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.  Turn the chicken pieces, baste with remaining mixture and bake for 15 minutes longer.  Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, pineapple and brown sugar.  When chicken baking time is up, spoon pineapple/soy mixture over the chicken.  Bake for another 30 minutes.  Serve over cooked white rice, if desired.
